 All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your date and time. We understand that plans can change—clients may reschedule their appointment or event one time with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time. All payments are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a future booking if proper notice is given. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the full payment. Rescheduled bookings must be used within 60 days of the original booking date. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
